After being founded in June 2022, the HeartCentrix team decided to make Common Desk its launchpad because of Common Desk’s vast member benefits and opportunities for scaleability.

Tionna Hicks | The Honest Plan
The Honest Plan, created by Tionna Hicks, offers financial coaching for Black millennial women to learn how to control and manage money. With a variety of services meant to help clients of every need, The Honest Plan instructs women on how to budget, reduce debt, create savings plans, and generate additional streams of income. The accessibility to conference rooms at Common Desk allows Tionna to host client meetings and events in an aesthetic workspace, and we feel privileged to serve as the home base to her business!
Tionna is a recent addition to our Common Desk – East End Market member community in Raleigh. Her cheerful energy is notable for brightening up a workspace and her positive attitude has already made an impression in our community. We’re so pumped to watch her change the game for women of color everywhere!

Gilbert Hunt | TexGo Transport
TexGo Transport offers multiple transportation solutions for clients of all varieties. From truckload freight to ocean freight, Gilbert and his team can handle just about any shipment need across the U.S. and Canada. Rather than working out of a traditional build-out common to the transport industry, the atmosphere and community focus of Common Desk is what led the TexGo team to choose our City Place location, and they’ve made an excellent addition to our member community.
Gilbert and his team were among the founding members at Common Desk – City Place; you can always find them having a blast at community events or hanging with our team at the hospitality bar. The TexGo team have quickly become valuable members of our Houston community in the way they encourage those around them and light up a room no matter the occasion!

Jotina Buck | Root + Yoke Wellness, LLC
Root + Yoke Wellness, LLC is a mental & whole-being care practice founded by Jotina Buck. Centering around BIPOC and Queer communities, Root + Yoke Wellness offers mental health counseling and psychological support through a comprehensive approach. Clients have access to a variety of offerings such as mental health counseling, wellbeing tools, breathwork, meditation, yoga, and sacred gathering.
Jotina was the very first member at our Common Desk – POST Houston location. She’s really nailed down what it means to make workdays fun and we’ve enjoyed watching her business thrive. She’s intentional with her time, communicates beautifully, makes it a point to stop by community events, and is an overall joy to be around!

Reclamation Ventures, founded by Nicole Cardoza, is a venture studio and fund that invests in projects committed to health and racial equity. With a focus on individuals who are making wellness more accessible to all, Reclamation Ventures has funded $500,000 worth of support to grant recipients.
Nicole is stationed at our Common Desk – 6th & Congress location and takes advantage of our virtual mailbox membership. She is a driven entrepreneur who (between performing, speaking, writing, and running her multiple businesses) always has a friendly smile on her face every time she stops by!

CR Elite Realty is a brokerage and real estate company co-owned and founded by Raevonne Walker and Janelle Malone. Based in Houston, this team works to create a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers of luxury homes. After joining Common Desk in 2022, this tight-knit team has enjoyed the perks of working at a community-oriented space which encourages their realtors to work in person more frequently.
