Business Mailbox

Since Common Desk doesn’t have a mail forwarding feature, you can pick up mail during Common Desk business hours (8 am – 5 pm, Mon – Fri).

Your mailbox is operational at a single Common Desk location. If you’d like another mailbox at a different Common Desk location, you can start another one for $50/per mailbox. Please note that additional mailboxes likely won’t have the same suite number, as Common Desk supports hundreds of businesses across our coworking portfolio.

Our location staff will send notifications for mail via our member app. If you’d like to know the status of your mailbox, feel free to call your respective location or come by during business hours, and our staff will be more than happy to check for you.

Your business mailbox membership only lets you access the space to get mail (we don’t issue access cards for this level of membership, which is why you need to come during staffed hours!). If you’d like to utilize the coworking space at a Common Desk location, simply purchase a $25 day pass!

No, our business mailbox membership doesn’t include copy, scanning, or forwarding features.
