Kristopher is a military veteran originally from the Austin area and has called San Antonio home for the past 12 years. To support their continuous growth, he also locked in the adjacent suite right next door, ensuring plenty of elbow room and sunlight as new hires join the team.

Authentic connections happen naturally, from casual hallway chats with neighboring members to staff like Erica and Avigail stepping in to help hang office artwork on moving day. While visitors often view downtown San Antonio strictly through a tourist lens, Kristopher sees a thriving downtown ecosystem made up of distinct, vibrant pockets. From the artsy charm of Southtown and the emerging energy of Downtown West to the classic bustle of Downtown Proper and the lively stretch along Broadway toward the Pearl, the area has matured into a rich local playground. It offers a density of unique, neighborhood-focused hangouts that simply cannot be replicated in the suburban outskirts, a compelling transformation that has led Kristopher and his wife to spending their free time downtown far more often than they did a few years ago.
That momentum is drawing a whole new wave of talent to the city center, too. As Kristopher builds out his team, internal interviews reveal a shift in perspective and desires among younger professionals, many of whom are actively choosing to live downtown or in neighboring historic districts just a five-minute bike ride away. Kristopher is an enthusiastic advocate for the ongoing efforts, noting that upcoming catalysts, such as the proposed new Spurs arena and the planned home for the San Antonio Missions baseball team, will only accelerate the district’s trajectory.
