Office Day Pass

Interested in dipping your toes in the water of coworking, looking for a temporary escape route from the home office, or just needing a private office for the day here and there? We have an office day pass with your name on it.

Our office day passes can be used from 8am – 5pm, Monday – Thursday, and Fridays from 8am – 3pm. Office day passes are available for purchase from any open Common Desk location.

Simply pick the date that you want to use your day pass and the Common Desk location you desire to use it from, and you’ll hear from a member of our team shortly to confirm availability. Our rates for office day passes change based on your team size and the number of passes being bundled. Here’s the breakdown:

1-person: $50/day

2 people: $40/day per person

3+ people: $30/day per person

All Common Desk day passes are good for one-time use only. By purchasing, you agree to use your day pass on the date selected in the form. Day pass reservations are non-refundable and will be charged on the reservation day or beginning of the next month. Need to change your date or location? No problem! Just give us a call at 214-216-6913. Day passes are not to be shared. Purchasing on behalf of someone else? Simply put their name on the day pass instead of yours.

Once you arrive on the day of your day pass, you’ll be greeted by a Common Desk staffer. We’ll check your day pass receipt to confirm its purchase, then we’ll get you set up with coffee, water, a quick overview of the space, and anything else you need to kickstart productivity.

Note: day passes only work during the 8am-5pm window (or 8am-3pm if it’s a Friday), so don’t wait too long to use your pass on the day you’re coming in!
