It’s been 8 months since we opened the doors of our first coworking and flexible office location in the iconic city of Houston, Texas, and today, we’re excited to officially announce the signing of our fourth Houston outpost: Common Desk – Westchase!
Common Desk – Westchase will be a 24,140-square-foot location within 2500 CityWest, a Class A building located in Houston’s bustling Westchase District. Common Desk will occupy part of the first and second floors of the 25-story office tower. To help you get your bearings, Westchase is a well-established business district of Houston that boasts direct connectivity to the city’s additional business districts, economic diversity, and a seasoned working class. Known for its “city life with suburban living,” professionals of all kinds are attracted to Westchase for its convenience and synergy with the rest of the city/suburbs, and we can’t wait to give them a workspace to call home in just a few short months.

Patrinely Group purchased 2500 CityWest in a joint venture with USAA Real Estate. Since 2011, Patrinely Group and USAA Real Estate have completed numerous capital projects and physical enhancements to the building in order to improve and better amenitize the building. Patrinely Group also provides property management services at the building.

Common Desk – Westchase will be just as varied as a workspace as the residents who call this district “home.” Some membership highlights of the floor plan here include 11 conference rooms (with unlimited book-ability for members!), 50 Private Offices ranging from 1 to 8-person in size, “Mini Suites” that can accommodate larger teams of 10 to 25 people, flexible Shared Desk areas, and free parking for “Founding Members,” as we like to call the game-changing people who join our spaces before they open! Amenities at this location include a private Dedicated Desk room, a cozy outdoor space, bookable training rooms at the building, an in-space Fiction Coffee espresso bar, a wellness room, and walkable restaurants less than a minute away.
Pre-leasing for Common Desk – Westchase is officially live, and we’ll begin giving tours at this location in the near future.
