So you heard that it was NTX Giving Day but you don’t know of any north Texas nonprofits that you could donate to?
No worries, we are here to help! Here at Common Desk, we are super lucky to have some pretty amazing nonprofits as members.
Before we fill you in on all the wonderful options of nonprofits, we thought we’d give you a little reminder of what NTX Giving Day is and how it all began.
North Texas Giving Day is an online movement that was started by the Communities Foundation of Texas ten years ago. Ever since its inception, NTX Giving Day has been giving North Texas nonprofits a way to rally monetary support to keep doing the many amazing services that they do. To this day, North Texas Giving Day is the largest community-wide giving event in the nation. Yeah, North Texas doesn’t mess around when it comes to doing good.
Okay, without further adieu, here are 6 that you could support today. And hey, if you feel like supporting more than one (or even all) that’d be pretty rad too!

They not only review and cover the big-budget arts organizations, but mid-size and small-budget groups too — as well as emerging and off-the-beaten path happenings in Dallas, Fort Worth, Denton, and the surrounding communities.
