Student Membership

Our traditional membership model is month to month. If needed, you can cancel by the 15th of the month.

You must be half-time or full-time enrolled at a college or university in order to qualify. Students must submit a Verification of Enrollment to the location staff every semester.

Parking and its price varies by location, but we do all that we can to keep it as affordable (or free) as possible. Most of our locations offer free parking, whether at meters or in covered garages. Our more urban spaces, like Downtown spaces, require either a parking add-on or paid parking depending on your preference.

A friend of yours is a friend of ours, and we can’t wait to meet them! All they’ll need is a day pass to our shared space, which can be purchased upon arrival at the space. If you purchase conference room hours, your guests are more than welcome to join you at no cost for the duration of your meeting!

Not every location allows pets, but several do! For those that do (be sure to ask on your tour to learn these locations), we have a few guidelines to follow before bringing your pup in to work. If you want to bring your dog to the office, come by on a weekend to help them get familiar with the space (and doorbell). If they pass the weekend test, you can ask your Community Manager about our weekday dog policy!

Definitely not! When you think of a coworking space, think of a coffee shop vs a library. Everyone here spends most of their day on the phone, so we designed our space to have high ceilings with lots of white noise to ensure that you feel comfortable taking calls in the open. We also have chat booths that are perfect for hopping in during important calls.

Our standard Student Membership gives you access to the location of your choice for $75/month (consider that your home base). If you would like access to more than one Common Desk space, you can upgrade your membership to tap into our open network of locations for $125/month!

Short answer: No, please don’t. That would be paradise though, wouldn’t it? You can’t sleep here, unfortunately. As of now, everyone (staff included) has to be out by the last hour of access of your space! Before you accidentally trip an alarm, be sure to take note of your location’s access hours before pulling a late night work sesh.

We’ll take note of how long your student status will last upon signing you up. Once you graduate, if you choose to stay at Common Desk, we’ll simply transition your membership to our full-time pricing for the level of your choice!
