Our office day passes can be used from 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. Office day passes are available for purchase from any open Common Desk location.

Pick the date of intended use and the Common Desk location you’d like to work from, and you’ll hear from a member of our team shortly to confirm availability. Our rates for office day passes change based on your team size and the number of passes being bundled. Here’s the breakdown:
1-person: $50/day
2 people: $40/day per person
3+ people: $30/day per person
NOTE: At check out, your total won’t reflect the pricing structure above, but don’t fret! You’re not charged immediately and our staff manually adjusts the price on our end once your reservation processes. Think of it as holding your office spot. Send ‘er in and we’ll get you squared away!
The fine print
All Common Desk day passes are good for one-time use only. By purchasing, you agree to use your day pass on the date selected in the form. Day pass reservations are non-refundable and will be charged on the reservation day or beginning of the next month. Need to change your date or location? No problem! Just give us a call at 214-216-6913. Day passes are not to be shared. Purchasing on behalf of someone else? Simply put their name on the day pass instead of yours.
Once you arrive on the day of your reservation, you’ll be greeted by our staff. We’ll check your office day pass receipt to confirm, then get you set up with coffee, water, a quick overview of the space, and anything else you need to kickstart your day.
Note: office day passes only work during the 8am-5pm window, so don’t wait too long to use your pass on the day you’re coming in!
Not ready to click purchase? No worries–we sell office day passes in-person, too! Come in on the day you need to get work done, and we’ll get you set up with a pass in no time. Bear in mind, office day passes are sold based on availability. It’s encouraged to book offices in advance.
