We have some really, we mean REALLY, exciting news. After nearly 6 years of operation in Dallas, we’re finally opening a coworking space in Downtown Dallas! And this coworking space won’t just be any ‘ole coworking space. It’s going to be in one of the most iconic buildings in Downtown Dallas–Trammell Crow Center– and will feature amenities that no coworking space has seen before (cue the rap horns).
Common Desk – Trammell Crow Center will be the 5th Common Desk location to date and will join a strong family of pre-existing Common Desk spaces with unbeatable member communities. We’ll be setting up shop on the 7th and 8th floors of Trammell Crow Center, servicing 52,000 square feet of space to professionals of all kinds, right in the heart of downtown. Common Desk – Trammell Crow Center will feature our same quintessential membership options, from shared desks to dedicated desks and private offices.
But the thing worth writing home about? Drum roll, please… Common Desk – TCC will showcase highly-serviced, luxury enterprise suites that are perfect for companies with 15-75 employees who want to office in the heart of Downtown Dallas but don’t want to pay the Downtown price tag. Think of the service you get at your favorite high-end boutique hotel, then imagine that level of hospitality being within an office space– that’s what you can expect for Common Desk – Trammell Crow Center.
For the past 12 months we’ve been working on new elevated experiences within our spaces. We want our customers to get a level of service that is on par with luxury high-end boutique hotels.

These enterprise suites will include high-end finishes that are what office dreams are made of, including private offices, wet bars, and shared areas. We’ll service them with our new mobile app, giving these enterprise members the ability to quickly request fast services, like having food / beverages delivered directly to their suite, so you can kiss the days of searching for “fast lunch options near me” goodbye.
Current and prospective members alike can get pumped for a few special amenities that Common Desk – Trammell Crow Center will feature, including a private whiskey lounge (yes, please) and a social club exclusively for members and Trammell Crow Center tenants. Along with the full whiskey bar, you can expect to see plenty of beautiful conference rooms, bookable at an unlimited level for members or by the hour for outside guests, friendly staff like our Community Manager, Mary Catherine, daily happy hours, and the same all-inclusive amenities you already know and love at Common Desk!
Common Desk – Trammell Crow Center is under an operating agreement between TCC’s owner, institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management, and Common Desk. This deal gives us the opportunity to deliver flexible workspace to the 1.2 million square foot TCC asset (which we’re all about), allowing the building to attract the kind of companies that are demanding flexibility as part of their workspace strategy. We’ll partner with Stream Realty Partners’ leasing and management team to offer new workspace inventory (enterprise suite offerings) that compliments the building’s traditional office space to various types of companies.
We think the Common Desk offering will significantly broaden the appeal of Trammell Crow Center. There is a clear trend of increasing demand for coworking spaces by a wide range of traditional class A office users, including law firms and Fortune 500 companies.

Back to the whiskey lounge (because we know you probably want to hear more on that). Our exclusive whiskey lounge will be a private social club for Common Desk members and Trammell Crow Center tenants; so even if you’re not a member of Common Desk – TCC but are a professional who offices in the building, you can use our new handy dandy in-building social membership to gain access to Common Desk in the afternoons (high-end whiskey lounge included). Our whiskey lounge will feature a menu of craft cocktails served daily from 4pm – 6pm and will be rentable for executive events–so if you’re needing a premium location for your 2019 company happy hour, we’ve got you covered.
