Welcome to historic Deep Ellum!
Originally built in 1888, the Continental Gin Building has been in Deep Ellum since the very beginning, and listed in the National Register of Historic Places, this building has no shortage of stories and character to make it stand out from the flashy new office developments being built in the area. What was once a cotton gin manufacturer + artist studio space will, by the start of 2021, be serving the neighborhood as an experiential office, restaurant, and retail destination for the first time.
Common Desk was born and raised in Deep Ellum, just a few minutes away from CGB, and we’re so excited to be opening our second location in the neighborhood from the 2nd floor of this iconic building. Common Desk – Continental Gin will boast flexible office offerings of all shapes and sizes–from shared desks to single-person offices, all the way up to midsize offices and larger offices and suites. Ready to make history while you work from it? Explore what Common Desk is bringing to the reimagined Continental Gin Building!
