Need a private space to hold an off-site meeting or brainstorming session? We make meeting room rentals a little simpler. Our conference rooms are fully stocked with whiteboards, wifi, flat screen TVs with presentation capabilities, HDMI cables, coffee, and all the outlets you could ask for. With rooms varying in capacity from 2-18 people, we’re sure to get you just where you need to be.

The Fine Print

  • Weekday rates (8 am - 5 pm) Deep Ellum, Plano, & Fort Worth– $100/hour | Oak Cliff – $75/hour
  • Weeknight + Weekend rates (5 pm - midnight) Deep Ellum, Plano, & Fort Worth– $150/hour | Oak Cliff – $100/hour
  • You're more than welcome to bring in outside food and drinks or cater in meals for your meeting.
  • We don't have a catering service for food and beverages, but we do have some great neighborhood suggestions that we can share with you!
  • To book a conference room, simply call or email us to check availability. One of our staff members will find the best conference room to meet your needs and will get you booked right away!
  • Upon arrival the day of your booking, simply ring the doorbell, and a staff member will show you to your conference room and will help you get acquainted with the space.
  • During your meeting, we ask that you keep in mind that we are a shared workspace, and people use our facility to grow their businesses. Please pay attention to the room's size capacity to avoid overcrowding and be mindful of your noise volume during your group's session. We exist to keep our members as productive as possible!
